Upcycling Workshop – Turn old corporate t-shirts into creative, functional products while promoting circular economy values and showcasing your organisation’s commitment to sustainability. Bring your own used company tees to make the impact personal. You’ll also have the chance to donate additional clothing. At the end, your group will receive a Certificate of Impact to recognise your contribution.

What is the Corporate Textiles Recovery HRDF-Accredited Program?This is a structured training initiative designed to educate employees on sustainable textiles recovery practices within a corporate or industrial setting. It is accredited under Malaysia’s Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), allowing employers to claim training costs.

What are the additional benefits for claiming this program through HRDF?Claiming this program through HRDF unlocks a range of exclusive, high-impact benefits that add real value to your organisation: 1. RM30 Circular Shopping Voucher for Each Participant Every staff member who joins through HRDF will receive a RM30 voucher to shop sustainably at our factory outlet, featuring over 10,000 upcycled and circular fashion items. 2. Long-Term Textiles Recovery Program (with Monthly Data & Certification) For every 40 staff enrolled through HRDF, your company will be enrolled in a monthly collection service managed by Life Line Clothing Malaysia. This includes: Free collection and servicing of recycling bins in Klang Valley and Johor (charges apply for other areas) Automated monthly performance reports (collection volume in kg) An annual Environmental Impact Certificate, verified by an independent environmental engineer Optional textile recycling bins available for an additional fee This service supports your ESG reporting and builds a measurable sustainability story for your company. 3. Corporate Highlight Video We’ll professionally film and produce a short corporate video to document your team’s training day, complete with your company branding. This video is perfect for internal use and social media sharing, and will be delivered within two weeks after the event. 4. 1-for-1 Sponsored School Tour (Minimum 40 Staff) For every 40 staff you send through HRDF, your company will sponsor 40 childrens’s full-day educational trip to our factory. This includes: Return bus transport Lunch Interactive Quiz, Upcycling Workshop, Factory Tour A RM20 voucher for the child to shop at our outlet A filmed highlight video showcasing the tour, including your company’s branding and a thank-you message from participating students and teachers Your organisation will be publicly credited as the sponsor, creating a meaningful and lasting social impact. Can I do this program without claiming through HRDF?Certainly! Participation without using the HRDF fund is possible. However, you may miss out on key benefits that come with HRDF-supported enrollement, including—but not limited to—Sponsored School Tours and Cash Vouchers.

Will participants receive a certificate?Yes, every participant will receive a Certificate of Completion, which organizations can use to showcase their ESG capacity-building efforts in both internal and external reports. For companies attending the HRDF program and opting into our Long-Term Textiles Recovery Program, you’ll also receive monthly collection data and an annual Environmental Impact Certificate. This certificate—developed by an independent environmental engineer—is already trusted by state governments, local councils, and major corporations for their end-of-year sustainability reporting. It quantifies your actual impact, making your ESG story both credible and measurable.
