Upcycle 4 Better is an award-winning sustainability initiative that’s redefining fashion waste and making a real impact on the planet. As the proud winner of the Positive Change Award at Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week, we rescue thousands of tonnes of textiles from landfills each year, transforming waste into new opportunities through upcycling, recycling, and community outreach.
Our mission goes beyond environmental impact, we integrate sustainability into education by collaborating with Taylor’s University and Raffles, shaping the next generation of eco-conscious innovators. Volunteering with us means getting hands-on with sustainable fashion, engaging in community programs, and being part of a growing movement that blends environmental responsibility with cultural immersion. What will you do?
Social media
You will create content for our social media, either by writing posts, taking photos or shooting videos

After some basic training, you will plan and deliver textile and sustainability workshops

Depending on schedule, you may help facilitate corporate or schools tours to our factory
